dennis the menace is BACK!

that's the big news for yesterday.

other stuff that happened yesterday...

I FINALLY went to the gym to workout on my own.  talk about a long time coming.  the thing that motivated me to go back to the gym was my buddy F7 speaking up every now and then. (thanks bro) and the realization that as long as I am alive, there is a chance I might have to defend myself against unknown provocations like crazies flipping the bird at you for no reason.

for my first solo workout in a long time (2 years?), I did 200 crunches, 30 minutes of the lifecycle, 4 sets of arm curls, 15 minutes jogging machine.  mostly cardio for this first workout in a long time.  in coming days, I will test myself to see where I stand in the weights.  it's been awhile.  last night's workout lasted from 7:30pm to 9pm.

I felt so good after the workout last night, I stayed up late.  left the scene at 1am.

from 9pm until I left, I hung out at the ranch with dennis the menace, errol flynn, denver terry, and loverboy.  it wasn't what I would call an exceptional day at the ranch last night.  but hey, the mere fact that dennis the menace was there to hang out with made it above average.  welcome back, dennis!

it's now about 7am.  toilet run.  after this post, it'll be back to sleep for a few more hours.  thinking of waking up at around 10am.  get this, I feel like doing another workout. thinking ETA - gym will be noon.  another 90 minute workout?  we'll see if my body can deal with it.

at around 3pm, I plan on being at gustoso for lunch.  hope some of the other lounge lizards can make it.  right now, it's just F7 and I.  F7 says it's ok if we are the only 2 there.  but I'm thinking..  the more the merrier.  happy memories.

tidbits...  it appears a number of lounge lizards will be going to pattaya on monday.  I just went last week.  but I'm thinking of going again.  need to keep my budget in mind.

on japan...  I sent email to some of the lounge lizards that live there.   but as of yet, I haven't gotten a response.  I know tom cruise lives in the area hit hard by the tsunami.  I just hope he is ok.  tom cruise was my first bangkokbuddy ever.  circa..1995.  kaito just went back yesterday.  I think he'll be ok.  but it may be a shock to him stepping into the earthquake zone after being in thailand for 7 months.  take care of yourself, kaito.
